Firstly congratulations to all the ladies who got into the Kaisercraft design team, I am sure it's going to be a great year full of creativity and challenges and not to mention the excitement of being the first to view the new ranges. For all of us who didn't get in, don't give up. There is something around the corner for all of us. I have checked out most of your blogs and your work is amazing. I have to admit I was really upset that I didn't get in (don't feel guilty about saying this on my own blog) but it was because I entered that I have discovered so many great blogs and the work of scrapbooking artists I wouldn't have otherwise found, you are all very talented and we have alot to learn from each other. I have attatched photos of the work I submitted to the DT comp, let me know what you all think (good or bad).

Just when I was thinking of giving it all in with my scrapbooking pursuits I got the great news of winning the monthly Scrapbook Creations "Try This Technique" challenge. I can't wait to get my prize in the mail. The technique was to create a mini canvas, as seen here.

Until next time remember this quote "You may be disappointed if you fail, but you are damned if you don't try".
