This card features the very positive saying of "She turned her cant's into can's and her dreams into plans" which is perfect to give to anyone who needs that extra encouragement to achieve their goals and dreams. The main pre-coloured image is a little girl flying high with balloons. I have cut out two images of balloons and stuck them to the card using dimensional foam which adds dimension and a sense of movement to the card.
