In Sydney we have quite a few lovely old brick houses that I absolutely love. There is one house on my street that has the most beautiful flowers growing against an old brick wall which looks so pretty. The lady who lives in this house must love gardening as her garden always looks immaculate. If it was me living in that house all the plants would be dead by now, I certainly don't have a green thumb.
For this card a brick wall was designed on photoshop and was printed on the base white cardstock with the sentiment which was done in Susie's hand font. A second sheet was also printed with the brick wall design and the two flowers which are digital images from Tracy Ann Design, Etsy. Using a craft knife and ruler I cut out the paper bricks that was stuck to the original brick wall design, I stuck the bricks down with self adhesive dimensional foam tape. I then cut out the flowers by hand, amazingly enough I was able to cut out the two flowers without tearing the paper, maybe after many years of practice I am getting better at cutting, the flowers were attached to the brick wall design with self adhesive dimensional foam tape. To give a bit of sparkle to the card I added the Say it in crystals by prima self-adhesive embellishments to the middle of the flowers.
