An oldie bit a goodie

I wasn't meant to make a card today but I did. I completed an order yesterday of 60 Mothers day cards for a shop that I sell my cards at and I promised myself I would relax today after work  but I guess my way of relaxing is making cards.

I am loving the inspiration that is being provided by Jacylyn Miller this month at CASE Study. I was inspired by the coloured hearts, the stitching which I have included on the hearts, the gold lettering and the shiny red heart. The card has been designed on photoshop with free heart images that I have had for sometime. The word Congrats was done in Cocktail font. I printed the sentiment so that it was just an outline, I coloured in the lettering by hand using my uni POSCA gold texta, I have been using these texta's since a kid. I tried to keep within the lines whilst colouring but missed at times so went over the outline with my sharpie. I then added dimensional magic to the word Congrats to add shine and make the word stand out.
