I just had to make a simple birthday card this evening

Life has been so busy and somewhat stressful, I just had to take a step back relax and make a card.

At first nothing was working when I started making a card  this evening and I nearly gave up. I then started mucking around on open office and  designed the simple base and stems using the line function. This simple card then started coming together and I was really happy that I got to make this  Birthday card this evening. The flowers are rub-ons and the birds are chipboard pieces that I stamped and stuck to the card using self adhesive dimensional foam.

The Challenges I have included-
Birthday cards-CARDS
Anything goes linking party-Passionately Artistic
Anything goes in the link party-Make it Monday

Hope all my blogging friends are well and have had a good weekend. Thanks again for visiting my blog, I've said it before and I'll say it again, I really appreciate the time you spend on my little part of the internet :)

This card was chosen to be part of the CARDS challenge gallery
