When I first saw these colours I really didn't know what I was going to make. Thats how I react though with most colour challenges. Coral, brown and yellow are certainly not colours I am used to working with but as I have always said a good challenge gets us out of our comfort zones and makes us try things we wouldn't normally try. It was easy to add the brown as I just painted the chipboard images. I also challenged myself to keep the scallops of the cardstock as a design element. The coral cardstock looks alot more orange than coral in the photo, but believe me it is coral.
I was hoping to get some more cards done this weekend but my Uncle Gerry has just arrived from Canada and I haven't seen him since about the age of three so naturally we have alot to catch up on. He is going to be here for four weeks and I will be busy taking him around Sydney so probably won't be able to create as much as I would like to but I probably won't see him again for a long time to come so it will be worth it.
