Although I was very young in the 70's I still remember the fashions, colours and music of this fun and carefree time. During this era I was still in Karachi, Pakistan and I remember my older cousins going out with their way out fashions and funky hair do's. I myself was quite the fashionista with my bell bottoms or hot pants and turtle neck sweaters, even at that young age I cared about how I looked, LOL.
This card was made with the 70's in mind. The Bohemian patterned paper, the crocheted flower, the image of the funky "sista" on the paisley and the general brightness of the card all takes me back to this funkadelic era.
The silouhette of the girl and the paisley are both characters from "My 70's Ding" font at approximately 400 point. It was a lot of fun creating this card and I might do some more using this fantastic font which I downloaded legally and free from the internet.
