Creating, exploring Sydney and generally making the most of my leave

I can't believe how quickly the days are going on my leave, I don't even want to think about it but Monday is my last day of fun and frolic. Today I took my Uncle to Manly which is a seaside suburb of Sydney. I have been here many times but this time explored an area that I haven't been to before, this area of Manly was absolutely beautiful. I love the sea in the winter, I know it sounds weird but I prefer it to being there in the summer. My husband and I will be taking my Uncle to Canberra (Australia's capital) on the weekend, looking forward to our day trip away. Its going to be an early Saturday start but it will be worth it.

I absolutely loved this imaginative patterned paper when I saw it. Who ever thought that fruit and clouds could look so good together. The design of this paper made me feel very happy and I knew straight away that I would have to make a bright and cheerful card with it. It was quick and easy to make this card, the black lines have been drawn onto the card with a pen, I was going to sew the lines on but way too tired to do so.

The challenges I have included-
Colour combo #38-Colour Q
Anything goes-Cowgirl's Sunday Stamp'en Challenge
Anything goes-Fresh Brewed Blog
